We only charge by the length of the session. So whether you choose a Post-Injury or Pregnancy Massage, you will be paying the same price. Please note that Hot Stone Massage pricing is different. See the pricing table below.

This is a 60 minute hands-on session with a 5 min consult at the beginning and a 5 min consult at the end of the session. This is so you and your therapist can discuss your goals, set up treatment plans, and share self-care activities for you to do at home.

Hot Stone Massage*
*Only available from October 1st through April 1st, clients can add in some relaxing heat to their treatment to release tight muscles faster, soothe the soreness, and melt away the stress! Only available in 60+ minute session lengths.

Post-Injury Massage
During your session, we use a technique called, "scraping" or "cross-fiber transverse friction".
It is extremely effective at breaking down scar tissue, loosening up tight fascia, reducing troublesome trigger points (AKA knots), and encouraging extra blood flow and circulation to speed up the healing process.
This treatment is great for people or athletes who are dealing with an injury, have been in a car accident, or are in need of general body maintenance.

You will lay on your side surrounded by pillows so you are nice and comfortable for the entire length of the treatment.
